Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Most shipping rates are estimated through our web site automatically. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. It may occur that our website misquotes the shipping charge. If this happens we will contact you to provide other shipping options and related cost. If you have special shipping instructions or questions, please contact us before your order is placed. In stock orders are shipped from our warehouse next business day by method of your choosing. 

 

Shipping within Canada:

Shipping will sent with Canada Post or Canpar. Depending on your location, value, and weight, your order may require signature and be fully insured.

 

Shipping to USA:

Shipping will be sent with USPS. Options upon checkout are the following:

Expedited Parcel USA

Small Packet USA Air (Note: No tracking number provided. Do not use if you require tracking number)

Tracked Packet USA

Xpresspost USA

 

Any Duty, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. If the recipient does not accept the parcel due to customs fees, the recipient will be credited for the products only and a returned mail charge will apply.

 

Shipping Internationally:

A customs duty upon international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Extra charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Missing Product:

We have three people to check orders prior to shipping. If there is a missing product, you must notify us within ten days of receipt of the order for the claim to be considered. 

Shipping Rates:

In some cases, our website might misquote shipping charges. In this case, we will contact you with the appropriate shipping fee.

 

Partial Shipments:

It may occur that large orders and/or orders with special products may be shipped in 2+ boxes. In this case and additional shipping charge mat apply. We will notify you if this occurs and a separate tracking number for each box will be provided.
